From miami, with love

Resources for the Future, a nonpartisan economic think tank, says Miami will, in the next two decades, become the most vulnerable major coastal city in the world… with hundreds of billions of dollars in assets under assault from winds, storm surges, coastal flooding and sea-level rise.

Using recycled cardboards, paint, glue, glitter, tape, as well as Hermes wall paper and fabric samples that an interior designer friend had recently given me, I revisited images that I shot in the course of the past six years. Fashion shoots for the iconic Webster store on Collins avenue, french magazines, Shopping mall Bal Harbor Shops… I created these “post cards” from heaven. Like some kind of vestiges of a world that no longer exists...
